We can deliver, ship or post your teddy bear or soft toy, anywhere in New Zealand or throughout the World from our shop here in Whangarei, New Zealand.

Small Items We are able to send small items (up to a boot box size and 2kg) anywhere in New Zealand (excludes Rural Delivery) for $8.50 - please choose the "Small Item $8.50" shipping option at checkout. We can also send very small items in our $5.00 courier bags. Rural delivery is an extra $5.00 with the courier - sometimes it is cheaper to post - please see Rural Delivery.
International We frequently ship all over the world and are only too happy to quote for posting overseas. The Post Office is just 2 doors down from us so we can get you a quote that day. We pass on all postage charges at cost price.
Insurance Items over $250.00 must be insured. Items sent without insurance are at the buyers own risk.
Multiply Items We can package several items together in one box to safe you freight charges. We will let you know if your order needs more than one courier label.
Rural Delivery Sending Teddy Bears to New Zealand Rural Delivery addresses will cost an extra $5.00 per delivery. It often takes an extra day or two depending on the Rural Delivery cycle. Please allow extra time as this is beyond our control. Items can often be posted to a Rural Delivery address at a cheaper rate.
Hosptial Delivery Please provide the Ward number. Please check with the hospital first as often patients have been discharged from the hospital before your gift can be delivered. There will be an extra courier charge for gifts that need to be redelivered.
PO Boxes We are unable to courier to Post Office Boxes but can post to them. Please contact us for a price.
Gift Wrapping - Complimentary! We will wrap your Teddy or Soft Toy gift beautifully with matching wrap, chiffon ribbon and bows and add a hand written card with your personal message. Just let us know if your gift is for a special occasion and we will gift wrap accordingly.
